Casondra Johnson, Customer Service Coordinator, holds two associate degrees from Zane State College and an EMT certification from COTC. She is currently pursuing a State of Ohio Insurance Agent Licensure. In addition, her area of focus is group health benefits, and she takes pride in delivering solutions to ensure clients have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions. Her education coupled with several years of experience fuels her passion for helping clients feel confident in their decisions as well as ensuring operations run smoothly.
